There is an entry fee of $350 which covers all of your drug tests for the entirety of your stay, your first weeks rent, food until you obtain food stamps, and a grace period to obtain a job and receive a paycheck.

Yes when you reach level III with a valid drivers license and insurance you may have a vehicle on the premises. This is a case by case situation and some exceptions may be made depending on situation.￼
Yes once you complete the blackout phase which is typically two weeks. Again, this is a case by case basis. You may earn your cell phone before the two weeks is up by doing what you are supposed to & staying out of trouble.￼
Yes, 11pm on Sunday-Thursday and midnight on Friday & Saturday
Every resident is assigned a chore upon arrival which will change weekly, and they are responsible for their chore daily.

There are several resources in Knoxville that may be able to help, and we are currently working on obtaining a grant to provide assistance but at this time you must have the entry fee.
We accept payments via cash app once you are admitted. All tenants are required to have a bank account to be able to make payments via cash app. Cash payments will not be accepted as of March 1st 2020. Please call us with concerns or questions regarding this.
The Executive Director visits the grocery store on a regular basis to ensure the houses are stocked with supplies and food. With that being said, those that are on food stamps are required to sign a "food stamp surrender form" upon entry which will be used to contribute towards groceries and supplies. Those that are not on food stamps are required to pay a fee towards food and supplies which is $100 a month.
