There is an entry fee of $350 which includes the first week rent, two weeks of food, and drug screens for six months. Rent is due weekly in the amount of $150.

Every resident is assigned a chore upon arrival which will change weekly, and they are responsible for their chore daily. Deep cleaning is on Saturdays.

There are several resources in Knoxville that may be able to help, and we are currently working on obtaining a grant to provide assistance but at this time you must have the entry fee.
We accept payments via cash app once you are admitted. All tenants are required to have a bank account to be able to make payments via cash app. Cash payments will not be accepted as of March 1st 2020. Please call us with concerns or questions regarding this.
The Executive Director visits the grocery store on a regular basis to ensure the houses are stocked with supplies and food. With that being said, those that are on food stamps are required to sign a "food stamp surrender form" upon entry which $100 will be used to contribute towards groceries. Those that are not on food stamps are required to pay $100 a month.
