Frequently asked questions

Never Alone Recovery is a transitional recovery residence. A sisterhood of recovery. This is not a 24/7 supervised program, however there are live-in house managers and site leaders. There are security cameras on site. This program is a minimum of 6 months to graduate. This is a very independent program but provides structure and accountability at the same time. Both locations are on the bus line and surrounded by job opportunities. There are random drug tests. You will be assigned a daily chore as well as deep clean on Saturdays. After you have been in the program 14 days, you are eligible for weekly passes any night except Friday if requirements are met. Residents at either location may have one child spend the night with them every Saturday night with advance notice. There is a supply fee of $15 every other week which covers internet, trash bags, toilet paper, cleaning products etc.. We use Life360 for meeting verification and curfew requirements at both locations.

At the MAT house, you must attend 4 meetings per week of your choice. NA/AA/DAA. We also count church or bible study as a meeting. IOP or DRC will count as 2 meetings per week as it is an intense treatment. Residents at either location must obtain a sponsor within the first 30 days of admittance and meet with that sponsor face to face for one hour weekly. There is an entry fee of $350.00 at the MAT house. This covers the first week of rent, all drug tests (except multiple tests for one occasion) and food for 2-3 weeks or until you are put on the food calendar. Food contribution is $100 per month and we keep the house well stocked with food. The entry fee also gives you a grace period to get a job. Med Call is at 7am & 10pm. Visitation at the MAT house is allowed every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm-9pm in the common areas. Residents may have one child spend the night with them every Saturday night with advance notice. There is a 10th step wrap up at 9:30pm Sunday -Thursday. Curfew is 9:30pm.

At the recovery apartments, the entry fee is $250 and covers your first week of rent and drug screens. You are responsible for your own food. We do have a small food pantry and will help you with resources for food. You must attend 3 meetings per week of your choice. There is a 10th step wrap up at 10pm Mon-Thursday. Curfew is Mon-Thursday at 10pm and 12 Midnight on Friday & Saturday. You must want to stay clean as well as be willing to follow the guidelines of this program to succeed. The apartments are a very independent situation, but we are here to help. We hold you accountable for your decisions/actions and support is always available.

Once you have completed the program, housing is available on the graduate side of the building for up to 2 years (depending on availability). Graduates must attend 2 meetings per week, meet with their sponsor weekly, pass random drug tests and attend Saturday morning meetings. There is no curfew as long as that privilege is not abused and you may be gone up to 3 nights per week.

We also offer budgeting assistance, employment opportunities with our partners, Narcan training, financial classes and referrals to mental health services (counseling, mental health med management, IOP etc.) If you feel this program may be a good fit for you, please call 615-568-8350 for intake information. We would love to help you achieve and maintain a clean lifestyle.
